One day as Jesus was praying in private and the disciples were with Him, He questioned them: “Who do the crowds say I am?”
After the voice had spoken, only Jesus was present with them. The disciples kept this to themselves, and in those days they did not tell anyone what they had seen.
But Martha was distracted by all the preparations to be made. She came to Jesus and said, “Lord, do You not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? Tell her to help me!”
Peter, however, got up and ran to the tomb. And after bending down and seeing only the linen cloths, he went away, wondering to himself what had happened.
One of them, named Cleopas, asked Him, “Are You the only visitor to Jerusalem who does not know the things that have happened there in recent days?”
How can you believe if you accept glory from one another, yet do not seek the glory that comes from the only God?
The next day, the crowd that had remained on the other side of the sea realized that only one boat had been there, and that Jesus had not boarded it with His disciples, but they had gone away alone.
When they heard this,(b) they began to go away one by one, beginning with the older ones, until only Jesus was left, with the woman standing there.
But even if I do judge, My judgment is true, because I am not alone; I am with the Father who sent Me.(e)
He who sent Me is with Me. He has not left Me alone, because I always do what pleases Him.”
Truly, truly, I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a seed; but if it dies, it bears much fruit.
Look, an hour is coming and has already come when you will be scattered, each to his own home, and you will leave Me all alone. Yet I am not alone, because the Father is with Me.
Now this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent.
I am not asking on behalf of them alone, but also on behalf of those who will believe in Me through their message,
Lord, they have killed Your prophets and torn down Your altars. I am the only one left, and they are seeking my life as well(a)?
who have risked their lives for me. Not only I but all the churches of the Gentiles are grateful to them.
to the only wise God be glory forever through Jesus Christ! Amen.(h)

Aufgrund der Verwendung vieler Präfixe und Suffixe in den Wörtern ist eine automatische Verarbeitung sehr schwer bis unmöglich. Aus diesem Grund ist derzeit leider keine deutsche Übersetzung verfügbar.
